I will admit that it is not the easiest thing but it is possible. What you need to do is get someone to host your file, once this is done then you have no problem putting in a post.

If you have AOL then it is very easy as they let you host files for free. Do you have AOL?

If not, here is one way to do it. Hold tight and follow the steps closely:

Step 1: Set up a free account at http://www.streamload.com, and verify your e-mail address when they send you the e-mail.

Step 2: Upload your file on streamload.

Step 3: Locate your file in "inbox" and click on it.

Step 4: Click on "play", this should open up in your default audio player.

Step 5: What you then need to do is get the location of the file. You should usually be able to do this by right clicking on it and either selecting "properties" or "file info" or the like. (Your location should end in "mp3" or the like.)

Step 6: Embed it into your blog! (If you get to this stage, I will e-mail you the string of values you need to put into your post to embed it).

P.S. The file once it is placed as a post will automatically play everytime anyone enters your blog until it dissapears off the page.
